Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better location at this hotel. Perched on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean waters, the setting is simply magnificent. The rooms were well cared for, with daily service to make sure everything was restocked and turned down in the evenings. However, some areas could do with a bit of updating and repainting. The dining room, offering breathtaking views of the water and the most stunning sunsets I've ever seen, was a highlight.
I fell in love with this hotel! The rooms were super cute and filled with character, although a bit more light would've been perfect. The service was outstanding, making us feel like family, especially with the wonderful staff helping us around. The location, perched on the stunning cliffs of Negril, was breathtaking. Dining in the open-air gazebo with a view was heavenly, but I wished for a slightly more extensive menu. Overall, a charming stay with just a few areas that could use a touch-up.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful, albeit simple, with a charming dining room and good internet connection. The service was out of this world, from the kind and accommodating staff to the fantastic food. The location was simply stunning, along the shallow cliffs of Negril, offering a lovely sea to dive into. Although the dining experience was my favorite, being served in a gazebo by the pool, there were minor drawbacks like the menu offering could be improved and the facilities not fully meeting 5-star standards.
